Dover Homeowner

This is your Dover Subdivision dedicated webpage.

It is my hope that the information below gives you a basic overview of what is happening in Dover in regards to real estate.

I understand that the uncertainty brought about by Covid-19 has many homeowners wondering if real estate transactions are still occurring in Aurora.  I can assure you that while things slowed initially, the housing market has picked right back up and we are seeing sales data trumping that of last year.  Although caution is required, we are still able to perform essential real estate practices while modifying our approach to conform to all government restrictions.

In addition, you may be wondering what the market says about selling your home today.  Each situation and transaction should be assessed individually, but now may be a great time to consider listing your home.  We are seeing a flood of new homebuyers enter the market due to the record-low interest rates.  Couple that with a seller's market due to the lack of inventory in the Denver-metro area, and it is no wonder that homes are selling more quickly, and for more money on average than last year.  Dover is a highly sought after neighborhood, as evidenced by the very small average days on market (below).  If you are thinking of selling your home, it may make sense to do so today, and take advantage of all the advantages you have in the current market.

Below, I have compiled information specific to Aurora and your Dover Subdivision.  Please take advantage of this information and if you are interested in getting more information specific to your home please don't hesitate to contact me.

By the Numbers:

"The most professional real estate agents I've ever had the pleasure to work with. That is what Cody Bowman and John Mitchell are. They made the selling of our home a breeze. John's vast resources helped us fix our home and get it ready to sell. The house sold in one day!!! They went out of their way to help us move into our new home. They didn't stop there Cody was sprucing up our new home before we moved in!! They both go far beyond any other agent in the State!!"
